Modern Hairitage Salon offers a variety of different types of hair extensions including, Hand Tied, Tape In, and Halo Couture. Consultation required for all extension services.

Hair Extension Agreement

New extension clients, may require a $150 deposit is required at the time of your appointment is scheduled, depending on the timing that is required for installation. Modern Hairitage Salon requires credit card as payment for all deposit payments. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. Modern Hairitage will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.

All hair is non-refundable and non-transferable meaning that once purchased at Modern Hairitage Salon LLC, may not be initially installed elsewhere. Our stylists are only certified to purchase and install BELLAMI, HOT HEADS or HALO COUTURE brand hair extensions.

Any cancellation or changes to an appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, over wise your deposit will be forfeited. You must then schedule a new appointment and make another deposit.

If you change the color or texture of your natural hair between the consultation an the application appointment, you agree to notify Modern Hairitage prior to the application appointment, in order to schedule a new consultation. A new deposit may be required.

We include complimentary blending & styling of your new extensions; after your install any additional services are subject to additional charges. Prices are only good for the day of the consult, as prices may increase.
